Thank you for your thoughts. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed Orkney, I love it there. I note your comments re group sizes. We are aware this is an issue for clients and have recently introduced stricter controls on group sizes so hopefully this will cease to be an issue for you. More and more we are switching to providing GPS traces for leaders and all leaders have a one to one briefing before leading. Alas we can not control the situation were the leader breaks a leg just before traveling and somebody has to take over at short notice but I hope we are addressing your concerns here.
