Thank you for your comments. We are sincerely sorry that we are unable to operate our Western Morocco holiday in November. Regrettably, we received few bookings for this date and it was not possible to run the holiday with such low numbers. Please be assured that we do keep changes and cancellations to a minimum and always try to make decisions relating to cancelling or consolidating holidays as early as possible to minimise the inconvenience caused to our clients. We understand the frustration and disappointment that a holiday cancellation can cause, and are constantly reviewing our procedures to avoid this situation.
