We are very sorry to learn of the difficulties experienced in arranging your holiday. Our holidays operate for groups, and clients generally book with us because they enjoy the group experience and the opportunity to mix with like-minded people. We do not therefore want to operate holidays with less than 10 participants. Please be assured that we do keep changes and cancellations to a minimum and always try to make decisions relating to cancelling or consolidating holidays as early as possible to minimise the inconvenience caused to our clients. We understand the frustration and disappointment that a holiday cancellation can cause, and are constantly reviewing our procedures to avoid this situation. Everything was well arranged and the holiday was almost perfect. The hotel on Guernsey hadn't given us the accommodation that we had booked, but rectified that.
