Thank you for your feedback on the holiday. The holiday would normally operate with up to 18 clients and we are sorry that you felt the group size on this occasion was too large. It is disappointing to hear that the group was of mixed abilities. We have also received your questionnaire on the holiday arrangements and your comments have been noted. Thank you for providing feedback in your holiday. We are delighted to hear that the leaders were excellent and pleased that the accommodation and food were good. We are, however, concerned that the walking did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the walking programme have been noted and will be reviewed and discussed with the leaders to see where improvements may be made. We agree that you would not expect furniture to be moved from your room during your stay and the Product Manager of the holiday will take this matter up with the hotel manager.
