We would dearly love to offer more direct flights from Manchester, sadly many scheduled airlines have withdrawn or reduced their services and low cost carriers are difficult or impossible to work with when dealing as we do, in small groups. To try and address this issue we offer land only prices if clients wish to make their own travel arrangements. Also please see 'Regional Flying' information in the brochure and website, this explains further how we have tried to address this problem for our clients in the north of the country. Thank you for your feedback. As noted on your confirmation invoice, we had requested twin rooms for you. The rooming list which was sent to the hotels also stated that you were booked into twin-bedded rooms. Unfortunately, once the rooming list reaches the hotels, the hoteliers are left to allocate actual rooms to clients. Often it seems they make assumptions based on guest names and gender as to whether they would prefer a double or twin room. We apologise for this and will take the matter up with our suppliers.
