Love the gloves and the service was great
Quick and easy returns process for exchanging for a better fit size glove. No issues received but would have liked an update letting me know about the exchange status before getting the notification...

Lovely pair of fitted riding jeans
They were delivered quickly but I was disappointed to be charged for returning one pair when I’d ordered and kept the smaller replacement pair.

Don't buy from Knox if you're not 100% sure you're not going to return the product because they will not give you a full refund, regardless of what their policy says. To even get a partial refund is...
