Disappointed
When ordering these gloves, I didn't receive an order confirmation or receipt. I informed Knox of this the day after I placed my order and still never received anything. Then when returning these...

We're sorry to read your review and that you are disappointed. We advised you that we had an interruption in our website auto generation of order acknowledgement on the day you placed your order. We subsequently sent a copy of your order by email. We agree that we do not cover the cost of shipping either way outside of the UK and this is the norm and published on our website terms. The instructions for returning a product from outside of the UK are the same by email or via our website link. We feel a 1 star review is unfair in light of this.
