Thank you for your feedback, I can only apologies if you were not happy with the speed of delivery, we do endeavor to give accurate delivery information on our website. When you placed your order our site stated 5-10 working days for delivery, your order was actually delivered in 14 working days outside of our prediction due to a delay from our supplier .
