I do sincerely apologise the chair arrived damaged, this is understandably very frustrating for yourself. I can see from the notes on your order that a member of our team has advised you that the product is out of stock and once the return is back the refund will be issued, we will notify you via email once the return has come back and the refund has been issued. This should be back with us start of week commencing 7th July.
