Everybody was very helpful! The house was expensive but nice. The transfer of deposit did not work on Safari. I would be happy to recommend Panoramic Villas.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Apartment SP301. We take on board your comments about additional cleaning for longer stays. This sevrice is available for a small extra charge, you simply had to ask your representative if you required this. We have spoken to the owner about providing more information for guests in the apartment, as this is a very good suggestion.

Thank you for your feedback. It is always great to have repeat customers book with us again.
I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay in Villa SP002. In regards to the cleaning and linen/towel change. It is not standard practice to have this service for a week’s stay, unless otherwise stated. There are two washing machines in the property for laundry, should you wish to wash towels and sheets. This is the same across most villas on the Costa del Sol.
I have spoken to Phil, the pool guy, and he has informed me that he did in fact call to clean the pool and hot tub on 3 occasions during your stay. He always calls around 6am so as not to disturb guests’ holiday, and so that holidaymakers do not have to stay out of the pool or hot tub for an hour after the cleaning chemicals are added to the water. The down side to this is that guests are always in bed at this time (quite rightly so when you are on holiday!) so they don’t see him doing the cleaning. We have asked him to leave a note for guests in the future.
The price of Villa SP002 is really a reflection of the fantastic facilities in the villa, and the scale of the property. We feel, in comparison to similar properties on the Costa del Sol, that this represents good value for money.I hope that, despite these minor complaints, you will book with us again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback Jonas. I'm glad to hear that you were pleased with the service provided. We do advise car hire for guests staying at this villa. I'm sorry to hear a few items went mssing. This is the first instance of something like this we have heard of, it is usually a very quiet area. I hope we can be of help again in the furture.
This is the second time that we have booked through Panoramic Villas - we did so as we had every confidence in them after the first time. We wouldn't hesitate to book through them again

Hello Evy,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad that overall you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately cockroaches are common in Spain, particularly in the hottest months. We have, however, mentioned this to the owner.
We have also spoken to her about the people viewing the property and she was very sorry about this. She has assured us that this will not happen again.
