Hello Paula,We are very sorry that you did not have the best experience staying in Villa SP324. This is the first time we have had any negative feedback for this property, or its property manager Sara. Sara is not a representative of Panoramic Villas, but she is an independent property manager who looks after this villa. This is not her home so I am not sure why there are personal pictures of her in the villa, there certainly wasn’t when our representative went to photograph the property last year.
The guests who stayed in the villa prior to yourselves had a wonderful stay and reported that the villa was in a lovely condition, we are sorry if you felt the property was below standard. We will be visiting the property to check on the cleanliness and the condition of the furniture.
The villa is advertised as sleeping 9 guests, the number of people in your party. The owner reduced maximum occupancy to this number to avoid guests being cramped.
The BBQ should have been present in the garden. There was one there when we visited the villa and we have told the owner that this must be replaced. We were not aware that this had been removed and we can only apologise for this as I understand this must have been a disappointment.
The property is not advertised as having a maid’s service. None of our homes on the Costa del Sol have maid services. However, you are not expected to do the cleaning or laundry as an end of stay clean is included in the cost of your stay.
It is always disappointing to receive negative reviews and we take this feedback seriously. We will be following up the issues mentioned in your review.
Not especially good for young children and wifi very poor. Found directions to villa very confusing, got lost several times but location very good for views and capture of the sun. All in all we...

Hello Carole. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were not 100% happy with your stay in Villa SP005. We have never had feedback that the property is not family-friendly before as the property is all on one level, with few steps and a child safety fence around the pool. We will most certainly look into the issues with the slide.
WiFi in that area does not have the same speeds as you would find in the UK so you will find that download/upload is slower than you have at home, particualrly if a lot of devices are being used at the same time.
The directions the owner provides have been used by guests for years and we have not had reports of people getting lost using them.
I hope that despite these minor issues, you enjoyed your stay and that you would use our services again in the future.

We are dleighted that you enjoyed your stay in this villa. The lack of privacy is very common in homes in Florida where villas are built on resorts. However, the fence to the rear of the home does off more privacy than some other properties on offer in the area.

Hello Shona,
Thank you for your feedback. We will indeed take this as constructive criticism. We have passed your comments onto the owner who has assured us that all air conditining units are now in working order. He will also look into cutting the bush back by the BBQ and the TV. Unfotunately many homes on the Costa del Sol have the same marble floors, to help keep the properties cool. Children do need to be supervised and we do ask that they take care not to run around on these, particvulalry when wet.
I am glad you were pleased with our service overall and I hope you will book another villa holiday with us again.
