Our marketing and photography departments do their best within the constraints of the technology available to ensure that our photographs portray our items in as accurate a manner as possible. However we appreciate that despite our photography department’s best efforts nothing can replace seeing an item 'in the flesh' and for that reason provide our 30 day worn or unworn complete satisfaction guarantee.
However we are always seeking ways to improve and as such your comments have been passed along to the teams responsible.

Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention. I’m so sorry that these shoes have clearly proven to be incorrectly manufactured. Our quality control team does their very best to check as many items as possible before they are released, but given the sheer volume of stock it is not practical to check every item. Having checked your account I can see that we have despatched another pair to you, I trust these have arrived with you safely and you are thrilled with your purchase. Mistakes of this nature are however very rare and I do hope this has not deterred you from ordering from us again
