Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention. I’m so sorry that these shoes have clearly proven to be incorrectly manufactured. Our quality control team does their very best to check as many items as possible before they are released, but given the sheer volume of stock it is not practical to check every item. Having checked your account I can see that we have despatched another pair to you, I trust these have arrived with you safely and you are thrilled with your purchase.
