Sometimes arranging the agreement can take longer than normal if we require extra documents from the customer. I can see we had some issues getting in contact to confirm everything with yourself which meant it took a little longer than normal and this is generally not the norm. Thank you for your feedback Nicola. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
