Staff communication can be rude and If a payment is due at 8 if it doesn't Go out your back k bang on 8 you will receive loads of calls voicemails and texted by 8.03

Generally, we call as soon as we can regarding a failed payment payment to make sure that everything is fine and process the payment manually instead. Thank you for your feedback Denis. Our interest rates and loans terms are public which are explained to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Our online personal loans for example are for 18 months only which is stated in the agreement before signing. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. This would mean you do not need to take out the loan full it's full term of 18 months and can repay earlier with the amount repayable significantly reduced.
