2 items were missing from my order but I wasn’t told about this in advance. I also still haven’t been refunded.
Disgusting customer service from Joy. Only half the order arrived, nothing on the packing slip to say what has happened to the other items, two days last week customer services were meant to call me...

Very good customer service, but I was very disappointed that my other item was not sent I only found this out when it said refund in the invoice which is not good enough that was a present, so now...
I ordered 4 items - with no contact from them they just sent me one (I’m assumeing they are out of stock).
They still charged me for the 4 items and I have not received any refund! They don’t...
I have ordered the same thing numerous times only to be left waiting and then told weeks later that the item I ordered isn’t in stock. Company needs to get a grip on what is in stock and what isn’t....
