Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were however disappointed toi see that you were not kept informed of the date the shirt is coming in to stock. The shirt came in to us today, we will despatch this straight away on a next day delivery at our expense as the original email informing you of the stock was incorrect.You should have been informed of the change so I apologise for this. Again thanks for letting us know, and I am now looking at how this occurred and trying to prevent it from occurring again. Kind regards Tony Brown

Thank you for sending us your views on the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the products and level of service did not come up to expectations. I have passed your comments re the quality and price through to the buying office to look at these points. We are continually trying to improve service levels and we do use a courier service to deliver items which are above the weight we use Royal Mail for.If there is an issue with the carriers we use please let us know as we would need to sort this with them as a matter of urgency. At present we do not offer free returns, most companies that do will build a cost for this in to their selling price. We would rather not dot his as it is a hidden cost that the consumer has to pay.
