I love the clothes from Joe Browns. They are well made and fit nicely. The designs are very original, understated and 'pretty' - much more my style than current high street trends and I always get positive comments about the clothing. I have been impressed by the speed of delivery. Despite the slight annoyances I have experienced (listed below) I will continue in being a loyal customer and recommending you to friends! I don't think that p and p should apply if your total order cost comes over £75. I have been very frustrated that my orders have been left on our driveway under the motorbike on 3 seperate occasions despite my stating that it is not secure and I would prefer them to be left with a neighbour! I have also been a bit annoyed that when trying to order the 'effortlessly sexy skirt' (on 2 seperate occasions) it has been listed as available with 3 wks delivery time, and yet within a day of placing the order I receive an e-mail stating that it is not available - if it is not going to be available then please remove it from the website otherwise I get my hopes up!!
