Had an issue when I first booked as I originally booked something that I did not want by mistake. Isango were prompt and efficient in replying to my email to correct the situation.

I trust this message finds you well. We are sorry to learn that you missed your Eiffel tower tour due to traffic and could not get through to the emergency number provided. We have gone ahead and refunded the amount to your card as we are a customer focused company and would not step back from doing what is fair. Isango contacted me and refunded the money for the Eiffel Tower tour. I am grateful for that but still sad that we missed the opportunity to reschedule. The emergency number you are suppose to call is impossible to get through to, and the person whom I did reach did not have the authority to reschedule. I still cannot give you an excellent rating but I do believe you have your customers best interest at heart and therefore will give you a good. I dearly wish I had had, the opportunity to do this tour as I do not know if we will ever return to Paris.
