Hassle free and efficient service. Good to have tours sorted before we left home, especially Venice where tours are costly once there. e.g Gondola 1 hour ride = $200 euro!

Isango were easy to use and I didn't have any issues organizing our tours. Some of the meeting point instructions were a little vague but with the help of some friendly locals we got there eventually.

We as a company are very vigilant on all our customer requests and have handpicked our local partners to get the best service and options for our customers, however on this occasion we sincerely regret the ambiguities that were created and are stringently taking it up with our local partner why the service levels were let down.
