With regards to your feedback regarding credit and additional cards - like any business that supplies credit, we must ensure that any credit facility offered is proportionate to the current financial data we are able to access for the company. If we offer too much credit, we encourage overspending and future problems and too little, we restrict business. Having checked your account, we are currently allowing you to go over the credit limit we were able to secure for your business, thus supporting your business within the guidelines of responsible lending. As you rightly said, in order to offer additional cards and additional credit, we would either need up to date financials or a pro-forma payment which would be held on the account to increase the credit limit. Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we experienced factors outside of our control with regards to posting cards as well as receiving cards into our offices. This was both due to postal strikes and Christmas post. With regards to pricing, our prices only follow the wholesale market. If the wholesale price rises, your price would increase however when it drops, as does your price. Forecourts are typically 2 to 3 weeks behind and you will see significant savings in a falling market as our drops would be 2 to 3 weeks ahead of the forecourts.
