Morning,
I’m sorry you feel this way, however during our conversation and looking into the current prices in your area at the point of sale and comparing it against our Fuel Card prices, it was very clear that on that particular week we were able to save you money (INC VAT). I did explain about how the prices change on a weekly basis and it will flow in line with the market. I also advised that if you felt some weeks there wasn’t much of a saving you had no obligation to use them, as there is no contract/charges on the cards them self. I understand that you may have not saved as much against the likes of supermarkets however I did explain that using BRANDED stations, you will save the most money and find that the quality of fuel is a lot more efficient and you will get more miles out of it. I did get the impression you were open to using the likes of the branded stations and this is why I offered the card I did, however if you are happy using supermarkets and paying the pump prices then I totally understand.
Regards,
Lauren @ InterFuels
