Thank you for your feedback. Could you please confirm which of the plants we supplied have not taken - was it any of the pots r the bare root plants? As you may know it is not unusual when planting with bare root plants to experience a failure rate of approximately 10% or greater with certain species and heights. When respondng please e-mail me at helpdesk@hedgesdirect.co.uk It would help us considerably if you could attach a photograph of the planting scheme. If it is the bare root plants that have failed we will provide you with replacements in the next bare root season (October 2013 - April 2014)subject to you paying the cost of any plants up to 10% of the orignal number supplied. I'm afraid the 'rogue' Green Beech can occur but we will replace that without charge for you when we despatch your further order, again please confirm if this was a bare root plant.
