Hello and thank you for your feedback,
We wrap our Artificial Grasses around the central tubing before packaging to try and keep this as secure as possible during transit. If it has broken it has had a bang on its way to you.
If you would like to send us a few pictures of the kink to info@grass247.co.uk, we would then be able to determine the issue and the best cause of action, if a replacement is required we can arrange this within 48 hours usually if the grass has not been fitted or cut.
