I am sorry you had slight damage to the edge of your grass but I am pleased you managed to work around this. If any goods arrive with any damage at all please get in touch as we can arrange a replacement if the goods have not been cut or fitted.
I can see that you have gone for a slightly different grass this time around, please feel free to take advantage of our free fast sample service in future. This is the best way to compare the quality of the grasses before you commit to a purchase.
