You know we are going through Pandemic and all the airlines providing refund option without any deductions in case positive COVID-19 PCR result. But Fly Sharp have policy of 1. no refund at all Or 2. rebooking but I have to pay rebooking fee and fare difference. Note; The airline for which I booked the ticket has clear policy either I can claim full refund without any deductions or reschedule my flight in case of positive COVID19 result.

You have charged me 180 more than the actual ticket fare. I have no other option else than to accept as it’s rebooking tickets.

I know that I have to pay the fare difference but only if there is any. I have to reschedule twice and and Though I ensured the ticket that I choose has the fare same or less yet I ended up paying in total £398. Thanks for apologies however I am not happy with the final outcome. Thanks
