Dear Mr Arnold Thank you for your comments, although we're sorry to know you were disappointed with our rebooking procedure however as a travel agent we have to abide by the norms and guidelines of the concerned airline with regard to any amendments to be processed and is processed only after the same are agreeable to our customers As per the latest advisory -passenger can amend the ticket without any change fee however differences in the fare will be applied. Thank you for coming back but the airline cancelled a ticket the lady told me there was no change in fee for the flight she told me there was just an admin fee of £100 why was that the airline cancelled a ticket why should you be charge me an extra hundred pounds Bear in mind this was the second time and it looks like the ticket has been cancelled again will you be charging me £100 again that would be £300 if that’s the case I will be looking for a refund

Awesome website, bad phone support.
Awesome website, bad phone support. Was advised won’t receive the luggage allowance as it isn’t with the tariff. Needed to buy it directly through them as in Southall Travels for a much higher price....

Prices are very high specially when you change ticket they deduct too much if you compare same ticket with other providers

Not Worth the Hassle
Had my flight cancelled twice, refund is stated to take 4-6 weeks to return back into my account. Not worth the hassle at all. Go with someone else.

Dear Customer We regret to note your discontentment with context to schedule change and refund timeframe We would like to inform you that schedule change is beyond our control however we do make all possible efforts to advise and inform our client(s) regarding the flight changes incorporated by the airline. As per the advisory received from Qatar Airways you are entitled for full refund and we have already raised the refund request with the airline against you ticket. Addressing to your dissatisfaction expressed towards the refund timeframe –as a travel agent we can only raise the refund with the airline and wait until same received from the airline. Due to recent travel restriction imposed by the government airlines are dealing with a lot of cancellation and refund therefore it is taking longer than the usual timeframe but we assure you we will offer the refund as soon as we receive it from the airline.
