Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are really pleased to hear that you found flying directly from the Isle of Man so convenient and that our team kept you well informed throughout the process. We are sorry to hear about the confusion with the luggage carousel on arrival. While baggage handling is managed by the airport, we completely understand how this could have been frustrating and we will pass your feedback on to help avoid similar issues in future. It is great to hear that you would still choose to travel with us again. We really appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you on another FlyDirect holiday soon

Thank you for your review! We are glad you had had such a great time, the pictures are great! We are sorry to hear about the lack of an elevator, we will relay this back to the hotel. Next time you book, you can use the accommodation filters on search results page to make sure it has a lift and meets your needs, or speak to a member of our team who will happily point you in the right direction!
