What wonderful feedback, it is great to hear that you enjoyed your flights and holiday with us at FlyDirect and Pateo Village, it must be good if you are already planning your next trip!

Thank you for your 5 star review, it sounds like you had a great experience with us at FlyDirect and our trusted partners at BA CityFlyer on your recent trip to the Algarve and we look forward to welcoming you on-board again soon.

Thank you for your feedback, I will pass on your comments with regards to the flight information not appearing on airport arrivals board, to both my management team and our partners at BA CityFlyer and see if this is something we can improve on so that clients will be able to organise pre-booked taxis and transfers at there destination.

Thank you for sending us in your review, I am sorry to hear that you thought transfers were included, I can see that you booked your holiday via our website, and you would of been asked during the booking process (prior to payment) if you wanted to add share or private transfers to your booking, so I can only apologise if this wasn't clear enough. Our team are always on hand via the telephone or in person at our office should you have had any questions prior to your trip that we could of advised on. It sounds like overall you had a great time away and we hope to welcome you and your family on a future FlyDirect trip.
