Due to weight restrictions required to operate our 737-800 aircraft from Jersey unfortunately it's necessary for us to have a slightly lower luggage allowance than on our summer flights, however we hope that the convenience of flying direct offsets the inconvenience of this lower limit overall.

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately as a small charter operator working with various airlines, online check in is not currently something we're able to provide. We are really sorry to hear that you were seated separately as our aim is always to seat families and couples together. As the flight had empty seats we hope that this was able to be rectified onboard.
