Thank you for your comments, the delay in your outbound journey was due to weather conditions on your departure day in Jersey (Fog) The aircraft was late inbound, due to having to wait for the weather to improve and once landed the aircraft was turned around in a speedy manner to try to minimise the delay time for the passengers. I will pass on your comments regarding the on-board drinks availability to the airline and please note across all of our FlyDirect routes we do not offer on-board duty free shopping.
