Excellent boutique hotel but flight not great

Outbound flight suffered from human error with loading levels not being sorted out till 15 mins before take out. Captain was at a loss what to do , suggesting he remove 30 bags randomly! Why punish...

Direct is perfect!

We had a short delay leaving Jersey as we missed our flight spot. But flight was smooth, nice sandwich tea and wine in flight. So easy going direct.

Thank you for your review, we are glad overall you had a nice time whilst you were away in the Algarve. We do apologise for your delay on the departure day due to the aircraft having technical fault, the airline had to bring in another aircraft to get our clients away on their holidays, which of course took a little time to arrange. Very convenient

Flight left and arrived on time. Smooth flight and pleasant crew. Only downside was vegetarians weren’t catered for on the return flight
