We can see that your Nurserymans Choice Phlox Fragrant plants were with Royal Mail on 05/10/21 and we were not aware that they hadn't been delivered and we can only apologise for this. We do appreciate your comments, due to the nature of live plants and the thousands we send out each day we have to send out the items when they are individually at the optimal condition for growing on and therefore we are unable to hold plants to send together as they may be ready several months apart. We are sorry to hear that the plants arrived in poor condition and due to poor packaging the leaves were damaged, we hope that since being planted up and with a good watering they have recovered from their time in transit but if you do ever have concerns with an order received you can contact our Customer Service Team direct who will do their best to help.
