I am sorry to learn that you were displeased with the process of upgrading your policy.
Regrettably, as you had selected one of our policy downgrades at the time of purchase, we were unable to re-upgrade this at the time of your request.
However, I note that your previous policy has been submitted for a refund on a pro rata basis and you have now rebooked a policy to suit your requirements.

Not happy with the response I received from them. I have had to make a claim because of French controllers air strike at Easter. I sent everything off to them and told them Air France had refunded...
