We are sorry to learn that this tour fell so far short of your expectations, particularly as a guest who has travelled with us on several previous occasions. We regret that you felt a lack of care was shown towards the group, and that you were disappointed by the experience of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and by hotels that you found to be in unsuitable areas and a considerable distance from the destinations you had chosen to visit. We also regret that you have not yet received a reply to your complaint. We can confirm that we have received your email, and we will respond in due course. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.

It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found your Travel Director and Coach Driver so polite, helpful, approachable and professional. We are sorry that the cost of the Optional Excursions made the overall price of the tour higher than you had anticipated, and that you were unable to enter the Sagrada Familia, which we appreciate would have been a highlight for many guests. Your comments are a helpful reminder of the importance of presenting the full cost of the tour clearly, and we shall share them with our Operations Department so that they may be considered carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a balanced and thoughtful account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found it well organised, and that your Travel Director kept the group well informed and moving throughout. We are also pleased that you discovered so many interesting places along the way, and that you found the hotels comfortable and entirely adequate for your needs. We appreciate your candour regarding the long travel days, and your helpful advice that the Optional Excursions are worth considering for guests who prefer not to plan their own time.
