We are sorry to learn that this tour fell so far short of your expectations, particularly as a guest who has travelled with us on several previous occasions. We regret that you felt a lack of care was shown towards the group, and that you were disappointed by the experience of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and by hotels that you found to be in unsuitable areas and a considerable distance from the destinations you had chosen to visit. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.
