Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. Our delivery times tend to differ throughout the seasons and can increase slightly during winter. Looking at your recent order we can see that this order was over our stated lead time by one working day. Please accept our apologies regarding this and we hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. When placing an order either by phone or through the website/app we do ask for any delivery instructions to be added at this time. Looking at the order in question we can see that the delivery was scheduled for 4th December 2015, the same day that the instructions were given. These would have been passed onto the depot, but depending on what time the delivery driver left to complete the deliveries, these might not have reached him in time as they can leave the depot from 7am onwards. If there are any permanent delivery instructions we can add to your account please let us know for future deliveries. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in the future.
