A little bit disappointing. Service good but coal doesn’t burn with a flame and sometimes the fire just goes out.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the quality of the natural coal is depleting due to there being no deep cast mines. We do have alternative fuels that you can use on your appliance.
Fast and efficient delivery of bulk bags of restaurant quality charcoal. I’ve used Coal2U for a number of years and they have always been first class. Recommend highly.
The delivery guy is great, couldn’t be more helpful and really prompt but the website booking and communications are really poor. When you book you can’t book a slot and have to wait for an email...
There was no indication of when we would receive the coal so I assumed 3-5days it was about 3 weeks which as we were quarantined didn't help us.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies regarding the issues encountered on this order. We have been quoting between 7-10 working days for all our deliveries due to the high influx of orders throughout the Winter months. Looking at this order I can see that it was delivered on the 9th working day which is within the delivery lead time.
The 1st delivery I received from coals2u there was a miss understanding, however this got sorted. The lady delivery I got from them was super quick and delivered in full.
I have used Coals2u for several years now, and they are very good. Great customer service, always polite, and they empty the sacks of coal into my coal shed.
