Oh dear you are brave to ask. We never know when ordering when delivery will be. Website may say plenty of stock then delivery is delayed by maybe a week due to shortage of stock. Depot at Donnington...

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies regarding the issues encountered on this order. We have been quoting within 7-10 working days for all our deliveries due to the high influx of orders through out the Winter months. Looking at this order I can see that it was delivered on the 8th working day which is within the delivery lead time.Unfortunately, as with all delivery companies, our hands are tied with illness that are COVID related or not. We do have a system in place that if any orders have/will be affected that these customers are contacted and advised.
Coals always get delivered, but committed deadlines are always missed

The coal was delivered in 25kg sacks and not 50kg open sacks as ordered. The delivery man put 7 in a pile in my bunker and dumped the rest outside. They would have fitted in if he had bothered to...
