Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look into your account and can see you did order size 36 in the trousers. I can only apologize about this, it sounds like a human error when picking in the warehouse. I can see you returned the goods to us and you were refunded, but you were not refunded the postage. As this was our error I will also have your postage charge refunded back to your card for you. We do apologize again about this and thank you for your feedback as we will have this looked into further. We hope this does not stop you shopping with us in the future.
