I am disappointed to hear that the buttons on the trousers you ordered have an issue. If you would like to return the trousers to us you can do so using the collect+ free returns label. I understand if you want to keep the goods but are advising about the issue with the buttons. I will have this comments passed on and the trousers in stock looked at to see if there is anything we can do with the supplier about this.

I have had a look into your account and can see the operator you spoke to found there was a issue with the catalogue number of the dress you ordered. We are sorry to hear you were sent the wrong goods to the one you originally wanted. I can see you were give 10% discount off the price of the goods which was refunded back to you. If you would like the call charges made refunding we can do this for you. If you could please send in a copy of your phone bill or email as copy to enquiries@chums.co.uk we will be happy to refund your call charges for you.
