Thank you for your lovely review and for coming back to us again. We're delighted to hear that you chose our wooden laths for your new home and that they have lived up to your previous experience. It's especially pleasing to know that you've had no issues with staining. Unlike many timber products, our wooden laths are intentionally left untreated. Instead, they are specially kiln-dried using a process that removes the moisture from the redwood pine, helping to prevent sap or stains from transferring onto clothes. This is one of the reasons they have remained such a popular choice with our customers over the years. Thank you again for your continued support. We hope your clothes airer serves you just as well in your new home as it did in your previous one.

We're pleased to hear that the rubber grippers have provided a simple solution for you and that your wooden laths are now staying securely in place. For other customers reading this, the laths are designed to remain secure when installed with the recommended amount of overhang at each end. However, if a shorter overhang is preferred, the rubber grippers can be a useful addition to help keep the laths more firmly fixed in position. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you continue to enjoy using your clothes airer.
