We would just like to clarify a few points regarding your review. You confirmed to us that the clothes airer had already been fitted before requesting to return it. As clearly stated in our terms and conditions: “It is important that returned items are unused and in a resaleable condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging.” Once a product has been installed and used, we are unable to accept it back for resale. We are sure you would not appreciate receiving a previously fitted clothes airer when purchasing a brand-new product, and we have to ensure the same standard for all our customers. We provide detailed measurements for all our clothes airers on our website so customers can check that the product is suitable for their space before purchasing. We are also always happy to help with any sizing or installation queries before an order is placed. While we understand your disappointment, our returns policy is clearly outlined on our website and is applied consistently to all customers.
