In relation to hotel standards, it is worth noting the Camino trail takes walkers across some very rural regions, as well as towns and cities and in such small places accommodation is generally limited. We always try to find the closest options to the trail, as the most convenient stop for walkers. We hope this explains the difference in the type of accommodation booked along the way.
