That particular trail has indeed a couple of long walking days. The first one can generally be split in two but for this particular trip it was decided to organise 2 nights in Santiago instead, both to rest and to give the group a chance to explore the city. We hope this compensated for the effort! 

Everybody walks at a different pace, that's correct, and in a group of that size, that will be definitely the case. However, this generally gives individuals a chance to chat and bond with different members of the group. Having said that, the guides will always make sure nobody is left behind and they are looked after. 

We hope you liked the experience overall and you felt a sense of achievement after completing this challenge.
