As we use a third party courier for deliveries, we have to have a cut off for collections each day at 1pm. Since you placed your order after 1pm on Thursday, it was not processed/collected until Friday with delivery scheduled for Monday. This information is all on the delivery page of the website. We are also take care to emphasis to customers that it's best to leave a little extra time for deliveries anyway. Whilst most arrive the next working day after despatch, due to their size, the occasional parcel can get delayed.
