Hi There, Thank you for your feedback and for using Removal Boxes. Hope the move went well.

Thank you for your positive feedback and for purchasing our Removal Boxes. Hope the move went well.

Hi Joanne, Your purchase was on 17th January. You called us in middle of May to ask for a return of some unused boxes. Unfortunately this is over 4 MONTHS later after purchase which is outside of our accepted returns policy: Returns Policy Here: https://www.removalboxes.co.uk/refund_returns/ You have only decided to leave a negative review 4 Months later due to your unreasonable request not being accepted. We also noticed that you changed your original rating from 4 to 1. If we were that bad why did you originally rate us 4 stars? If you had requested this within 14 days we could have helped. At what point do you think the cut of point should be for product returns? How many other companies out there would accept a return over 4 months later after purchase? Hope the move all went well back in January! Kind Regards, RemovalBoxes

Thank you for your feedback and comments. We focus on supplying quality products such as strong Removal Boxes that are fit for purpose. We have been made aware that cheaper products on the market are weaker and fall apart easily. Thanks for using removalboxes.co.uk
