Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you found the coach service itself great, but we’re sorry to learn about the difficulties you experienced due to the road closure. On this occasion, we were not made aware of any advance road closure related to the event and we understand how frustrating it must have been to walk a distance only to end up back at the arena, especially when the food options didn’t meet expectations. We hope this didn't impact your enjoyment of the main event and we do hope to see you on board again soon.

Excellent trip.

Although website showed no available single rooms, when I telephoned Barnes were able to arrange an extra room so I could travel with friends who had already booked. Excellent service.
