Usually the Post Office offers excellent services. But in this case they entirely fell down because they misrepresented their product and I am stuck with something I do not want.

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies regarding this matter. Here at the Post Office Shop we take our Customer Experience extremely seriously and matters such as this require address.
Upon investigation, the product description for the item you ordered is incredibly ambiguous and could as has happened in your case result in people ordering the incorrect item. In light of this, I am going to refund your full order value as compensation for the inconvenience caused and amend the product description so this matter doesn't arise again.

The excellent service always offered by the Post Office has again been repeated in this case. My complaint has been immediately answered and compensation has been offered. Thank you. I will be happy to use the services of the Post Office and its Shop with confidence in the future.
