Thank you for your comment. We are pleased you're enjoying using our products. With regards to delivery, we agree it's 'rubbish' to find your parcel in the bin! We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries and unfortunately have no influence over this end part of the process. However, we haven't received any other feedback like this so hopefully it's an isolated incident. White Hot Customer Care

Thanks for your comment. We always aim for the opening of our products to be an enjoyable experience which is why we wrap them in tissue paper, but we do understand your concerns. In terms of price, we have a standard Recommended Retail Price, but we are aware that other stockists sometimes run promotions. Thank you for your lovely review. You should only need a small amount of Shooshing Crème on your fingertips, but of course it depends how long your hair is and your preference.
